Returns & Exchanges

We want you to choose the upcycled denim that is best fitted to you. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Un denim, then you can return the product to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a product return, please email us at customercare@unforus.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please email us from the same email address that you have used to make the purchase. Also, please don’t forget to mention your order ID and share product images to process the return successfully.

Once we have successfully received and reviewed the quality of the product, we will then initiate the refund process and it will be successfully processed upon confirmation.

The whole process can take up to 8-10 working days.

Note - We do not offer order cancellation or product exchanges.
